International Shipping
Ava May now offer international shipping to over 23 different countries, costs are based on the weight of the package and the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery and shipping costs
We normally ship your order within 1 business days with PostNL to Switzerland and Liechtenstein or worldwide with “PostNL”. We will contact you if your product can’t be shipped within the estimated time. Please see also the availability details with every product. We always do our best to complete orders as soon as possible.

We normally dispatch orders on the same day, provided that the article can be shipped from our warehouse and the order is placed by 2 p.m. We will notify you if an article cannot be delivered for any reason. Please also note that many delivery companies and couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Missing orders
